Philosophy
I've spent twelve years figuring out what makes people stay. That's the core of lifecycle marketing — understanding the moment a customer goes from interested to invested, and building the systems that get them there. I've done it at scale across subscription brands, DTC companies, and Amazon Prime. I've managed teams, led migrations, built programs from scratch, and delivered results for audiences in the millions.
At some point I stopped asking “what should we send?” and started asking “what if we didn't have to manually decide at all?”
That question led me somewhere unexpected. I started building. Not just automations — actual autonomous systems. Agents that monitor markets, scan government contracts, analyze options chains, detect whale trades in real time. Systems that reason, adapt, and learn from their own outcomes. Built from scratch, running in production, improving every week.
I'm not an AI researcher. I'm not a software engineer. I'm a marketer who got obsessed with what becomes possible when you stop treating AI as a tool and start treating it as a collaborator.
The combination turns out to be rare. Most marketers use AI. I build with it. That distinction is what I bring to every room I walk into.
